Please Read The Salon Policy Below. By Booking an Appointment you Agree to follow the Policy.
- If you are unsure of what service(s) you need to book, please call the salon for assistance, if you book the wrong service we may not have enough time to service you and you may be prompted to reschedule upon arrival and you will be charged the full amount for the appointment.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, good vibes only please. We strive to keep a positive, fun environment in the salon.
- If you no call no show you will be banned from booking any future appointments.
- If you try to book an appointment with a certain code and no appointments are available that means there is no availability for that service that day, please call the salon for assistance with booking.
- We require a 24-48 hour notice for cancellations or you could be charged 100% of the total cost of your appointment.
- Any appointments scheduled for 90 minutes or longer must be pre-paid at the time of scheduling and are non-refundable.
- All Special Occasion appointments must be pre-paid at the time of scheduling and are non-refundable.
- All Prices for Service and Retail Product are non-negotiable.
- Payment in full is required at completion of the appointment No Exceptions.
- Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or less will be charged a $50 cancellation fee for a haircut appointment or $100 cancellation fee for a chemical service appointment. no exceptions!
